This is an amazing clinic and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for high quality pet care!!! One of my cats needed to have an urgent ultrasound and I wasn't able to get anything scheduled near where I lived. Miranda was so helpful and was able to get me an appointment here the next day. On another occasion, my other cat had stopped eating and I wasn't able to get an appointment with their regular vet for almost a month. She quickly started to decline and I was able to get an appointment within two days. This location is a three hour drive from where I live but is totally worth the drive. Dr. Fig listened to my concerns and helped explain what was going on. I fully trust the expertise of the vets at Phoenixville Animal Hospital and I know my pets are in great hands with any of the vet techs. You can tell that everyone is here because they truly care about animals and they want to help your pet get better. Even when there isn't good news, the vets are able to deliver it in a compassionate way. Dr. Fig called me with the results of my cat's bloodwork and the bloodwork did not correlate to how sick my cat was. She told me the next steps I could take if I wanted to do further testing. She also helped me discuss the concerns with her quality of life and if I should consider euthanasia given her age and present issues. I ultimately had to put her down when she decompensated further, however, Dr. Fig was incredibly helpful and allowed me to make the most informed decision to make the best choice for my cat. I feel like my cats were so well cared for and I had really great experiences both times I came here. I highly recommend using them if you live in the area!

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE. I have glass in my hands and had a VERY HARD TIME GETTING MY CAT TO THE CAR. So that made me a little late. SO THEY PUNISHED ME BY MAKING ME A DROP OFF.Of course there was a additional fee. I explained TO EVERYONE THAT I AM DISABLED, THE DOCTOR TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF TO GIVE MY CAT A $85 DOLLAR SHOT INSTEAD OF A $9 DOLLAR oral antibiotics. They had my CAT IN HIS CARRIER FOR 2 HOURS... WHEN THEY BROUGHT HIM OUT TO ME HE WAS SOAKING WET IN HIS OWN URINE, AND ALSO FECIES . When I confronted the MANAGER SHE SAID THAT THE TECHS SAID THAT I BROUGHT HIM IN THAT WAY !!! NO I MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT 😡😡😡😡😡😡 THE ALSO HAVE ALOT NEW RULES NOW THAT DR. GALLAGHER HAS SOLD THE PRACTICE.... SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF AGGRAVATION AND $$$$$ MONEY AND GO TO A VET THAT REALLY CARES ABOUT YOUR PET !!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

After four days at the emergency vet for pancreatitis, I was thrilled with the attention to detail and care they showed with my cats follow up
