It usually snows starting as early as September In the higher elevations. You can pretty much guarantee snow in November.

I would agree with Steve Deyer. In November you are virtually guaranteed to have snow. It doesn't mean you can't still enjoy the park. Many of the sites and sights to see are enhanced by the presence of some fluffy stuff.
