Last week I bought FRESH JASMINE at your stand. Can't find any photos on the web so I don't know how to eat them, prepare them OR what to do with them. Please offer some guidance. THANKS

Hi Wendy, We do not grow jasmine, so that probably is Roselle Hibiscus, and you can eat the calyces fresh or make a lovely iced or hot tea with it by steeping it in hot water. It also is known as Jamaica Hibiscus and is used for Agua Fresca and Jamaican Sorrel. Enjoy!
