Those apartments are in a good condition and the maintenance is really good. Good access and facilities, very quiet place. Have pool only for residents. I fully recommend.

No. Apartments have 2 sides and both have apartments on them. 4 apartments to each side( front and back) of each building.

You would have to call the office. Not sure on the prices for that.

You could mail money order to them. BUT consider this first please the entire property is being remodeled and management just notified my block yesterday that coming up in a few weeks that for 7-10 days we would have to be out of our units from 6am-8pm & the notice kindly stated to "be sure and take needed medication & all pets with you". For to the past 3 months I've tolerated people invading my privacy while cabinets, lighting fixtures & faucets were installed at all hours of the day. This is all crazy to me. A remodeling should occur after experation of lease on vacant units. I've lived here 2 years and have only a few encounters with the manager & staff. They are rude and seemingly go out of their way to be unpleasant & unhelpful.

Right now go to the website and apply. It could be a week could take a year. Costs $50. But its worth it. Im so happy here!!!

I agree with Donna..i have no mold or roaches. But even if your the cleanest person on the planet..if your neighbor is dirty, they can crawl into your apartment
