Well it was bound to happen the homeless setup camp on the back porch and underneath the deck and caught it on fire so the legion Hall got burned out! I wonder if the City of Modesto is going to do some patrolling there so that other people can enjoy the parks not only the homeless!

Around 2,500 including insurance, security equipment and deposit, it is not expensive and the place is very good. (Maybe right now it's more expensive because I've been renting it for a year)
