Biggest and best parking garage in Modesto. Problem is it's technically illegal, no trespassing or loitering.

It is open 24/7; public parking is free for 2 hours. After that you can be ticketed as there is no payment option. Public parking is also limited to the first floor. The exception to that are Gallo Center events which open the gates to the upper levels.

The first floor is public. During weekdays the upper floors require a pass to get in but in the evenings and weekends they are available for Gallo event parking
