He is not warm and fuzzy...but believe me ...he does know the business. AND he was not ever rude to me.I was not buying anything and he took time to advise me.

I had a great experience spent 90 minute session with Gary . I have a new puppy that was very standoff with strangers especially men. Gary had him listening to him in record time. Showed me many helpful techniques. I left there feeling good.He is very good at what he does .I would highly recommend Big Basin Dog Training.

I wouldnt trust this company with my pets. I called for a quote and the person over the phone was rude, short, and couldn't give me a total price for the service I was inquiring about. There were dogs howling in the background. It just didnt seem like a people and animal friendly place.
