I’ve been using this Kohll’s for my Cpap supplies for several years, and my recent encounter is my last straw. In the past, it’s always been a challenge to at least get the respiratory dept to even answer the phone, but I’m absolutely done with them. I needed two (2) small parts for my newly replaced Phillips Cpap machine. So once I FINALLY was able to get Kohlls respiratory dept to answer the phone, I was greeted with the usual rudeness and a general lack of willingness to help or answer a couple of questions. So, they told me my family doc needed to send in a prescription for these two (2) parts I needed for the new machine. The did offer to contact them to send a prescription, AND told me they’d call me once things were in place. Of course they didn’t call. A week later I called Kohlls to check on the status, no answer as usual, I ended up going thru the pharmacy number, I asked them to please find a respiratory person, finally after a ten minute wait, a live person!! I asked if they have everything they needed from the doc, they said yes. So, the following day the wife and I drove there to get the two (2) parts I needed. The young man that waited on me was instantly put out waiting on me, he was on a computer and was just all around rude. Anyway, he pulled up my records and said I needed a “sleep study” to get these two parts. 1) an elastic strap 2) a nose piece. I suggested to him he should have that study on file, but told me it wasn’t there. This was to be run through my health insurance but said he could sell me the parts but I’d have to pay out of pocket. I forget the amount he quoted but it was well over $100 for those two parts. I decided to wait, see if there was another alternative. Happily there was!! I’d like to share this information::: AMAZON. Yes, most accessories for most Cpap machines are available from AMAZON. I ordered the two items, which included two nose pieces and the strap for a total of $34 delivered to my door the next day. And yes, they were the exact items that Kohlls were trying to sell me for a lot more $$

If you're looking for the best pharmacy in town this is it.The individuals working at Kohll's are the most caring and empathetic people I have ever dealt with. Two that deserve special mention are John Streit and Robert Bevins. My wife recently passed and over the last several years we used many services and products from Kohlls. On two occasions I required immediate assistance for an outside stairlift and a wheelchair ramp. Both times these gentlemen came through and exceeded expectations. I could write much more but suffice it to say they helped make a dark and sad time much easier. May God bless John, Robert and Kohlls for caring about us.

Avoid getting tested here. I made an appointment for 2:30, and waited in line for over 2.5 hours and people who waited after me got tested before me! Plan accordingly if you do. I have yet to hear about my results, and it's been almost 2 days, when the testing person said 1 to 2 hours. Also, as others have stated, the instructions are awful. Make sure to go through the EAST ALLEY, because there's absolutely NO EAST PARKING, like the instructions state. The parking is on the SOUTH part of the building. Anyways good luck!
