Getting a CPAP through these people is just about impossible. They are connected to an outfit in Kansas City that sends a machine for an at-home sleep study. It takes weeks to get the machine and when they have analyzed the results nobody gets back to you. The doc who analyzes the sleep study says something like, "yup, it's sleep apnea."(I've been using a CPAP for 15 years.) Then you are supposed to go back to your own local doc for a face to face and here's where it starts getting highly mysterious. Your Omaha doc is supposed to send something to Kubat with exactly the right words in it. My doc has written twice so far and the wording still isn't right. Pro tip: keep copies of everything because eventually you might just get fed up and go to a different place. If I had this to do over again I would have just gone straight to a local sleep doc who presumably has learned the right words to say. I then would have followed that doc's suggestion and found someone who actually wants to be in the CPAP business.

Don’t go to this place.I had prescription with them till today. I’ve had to go pick up my prescription when they ship it three times now since they always wait to the last minute or they forget to ship it. Talk to somebody Monday said they were going to deliver it and they shipped it today so now I’m without medication so I just had to go pick it up and the manager was giggling on the phone saying I don’t know what to tell You.

Kubat was amazing at setting up my CPAP... but the service is pathetic... I have literally called 10-15 times and have even text them noone can explain the billing... oh thats a different department. Avoid the machine/breathing department!
