Worst experience in the waiting room, I’ve been to this urgent care for years. Also work for the medical field group for St. Joseph and know how it works to get patients in on a timely matter. But when you get told the wait time is 1 hour 20 minutes, an took in critical patients which is understandable but also took in none critical patients before my time is just not okay. Like I said I know how it works for front office I am experienced very well in that department and it was just awful to experience I came in with bad allergies my head throbbing and eyes watery. But I was really upset to have waited for almost 3 hours before getting called in and telling front desk if I was next every hour that passed by or patients where taken back before me.

Excellent Dr care here. Just need improvements with getting into a room. 45 minutes is way too long to wait with an online appointment. You have to be proactive and ask when you see people taken in after they tell you that you are next. However, having an on-site radiology and lab is wonderful (regular weekday hours).

Very upset! I asked to be scanned on my wrist with their infrared thermometer and the nurse replied with "too late!" After I clearly asked her not to! Very unprofessional! Like seriously!? And this is the first point of contact. Totally felt like punching her in the gut! Respect: a lost manner of treating individuals and patients.

I’ve been coming to this urgent care for years. They’ve always been good. Since COVID started I’ve had to take go a few times. They are extremely efficiency, are friendly, patient, have strong medical professionals, and service has been amazing! They take precautions for COVID, temperature checks, masks, and ask you a serious of questions to mitigate exposure. I’m highly impressed by their friendly staff in person and on the phone!
