Dr. Askgar has been amazing. My son needed full dentures and they worked with Medicaid to make sure everything went smoothly. He made sure that they fit correctly and looked natural for my 30 year old son. He was patient, caring and very personable. I can not thank him enough for the fantastic care he gave my son. I cried when I saw my son with his new teeth! Highly recommended! Thank you again!!

They are supposed to be open at 9a on Saturday. It says so on their website, on Google, and on their pre-recorded listing of open hours. I have been calling for over a half hour and it keeps saying they're closed, and I am then rerouted to their "after hours" team who...obviously aren't picking up because IT ISN'T AFTER HOURS ANYMORE. --- Still trying and it is 9:45am. YOU OPEN AT 9. AND YOU CLOSE AT 12. AT WHAT POINT DO YOU TURN YOUR PHONES ON?? ----- BEEN TRYING OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND IT IS 10:30A. YOU CLOSE IN AN HOUR AND A HALF AND YOU REFUSE TO TURN YOUR PHONES ON?!??!?

Front desk employees are Rude all times when standing there waitn for someone to ask your questions or check in, they just on the computers ignoring us & most of the nurses are horrible, rude & don't care about what you tell them. The doctors are hard to get in touch with. No one helps, cares or even tries here. I don't know why we waited & waste time money & energy on this clinc. Pharmacy is always slow even after waiting hour or more, even a month. No one ever calls back. The check in people that screen u are rude & never helpful. I will find a way better place soon as i can afford to. Oh & don't even think about Therapy because they will waste your time. They are only good for the most basic things.

This place is wonderful. Absolutely life changing. 5 years ago I had nothing. They didn't ask about money or finance they just helped me. I believe I paid a total of $24 and they helped me get a bunch of grants for my medication that costs $80,000 a month. Without health insurance I would have been absolutely doomed if they wouldn't have helped me the way they did. They were kind and they did not alienate me because of my current poverty situation. God bless places like this that give me hope for humanity.

Hi Sara, Thank you for your question! Charles Drew is dedicated to providing quality comprehensive health care. As with many health care centers, payment is expected the day of your appointment. However, if you cannot pay for healthcare, or are uninsured, you will need to speak with a Patient Financial Services Advocate to see if you qualify for our Sliding Fee Program. This program takes into account family size and annual gross income and can reduce the cost of your visit to as little as $35. To learn more about our Sliding Fee Program please visit our website: https://charlesdrew.com/sliding-fee-scale/ If you have any additional questions, feel free to give us a call at (402) 451-3553.
They're open weekdays from 9:00am till at least 5:00. The number you have must be bad
I think they do
They do not that I'm aware of but would probably refer you to a location that does.
You can or you can fax it
Do not know! Douglas County Health Department check them out.
Yes they have an optometrist and an eye care center at the Grant Street location
Yes.
When you call hit 0 immediately. I have even called the pharmacy and had them transfer me to front desk. I'm no longer a patient there cause just not comfortable there.
