Pretty decent for a government office the lady who took care of us was great. Jessica was great, Very polite helped me get a special license plate I wanted which was already taken, but she went above and beyond (which she did on her own I didnt ask her too) to track down who the owner was and found out it was not current then call the state and spent time waiting on hold to get it released to me. Thanks. I would give 5 stars except I could never give 5 stars to an organization that charges me tax.

Had a fantastic experience at the Punta Gorda DMV. Kayla did an outstanding job handling all of my vehicle transactions and assisted me in selecting a Veteran plate. Kayla should be recognized for her fantastic customer service… as should all of the helpful and professional employees that work there! Thank you!

Appointments are useless. I set an appointment with them & they still had me take a number. I ended up waiting 40 minutes. You’re better off just walking in, taking a number and waiting because that’s what you’re going do anyway.
