I'm interested in knowing how I can apply, so I can be a home owner. What is the process?

Hi Cathrine, thanks for your interest in partnering with us! All the information you need is at habitatwake.org/apply. There you'll find info on how to qualify for our program, as well as a pre-qualification application and some of our program specifics.

The application is on the website. Fill it out and someone will reach out to you. You have to be at your job for atleast a year. Your credit has to be ok no reposessions and if you do have one the balance has to be less than $1000.00. You cant be late on your rent where you are more than 2 times. They will need alot of information but they will let you know exactly what they will need.
