DHIC owns a senior care apartment unit. There has not been a permanent onsite manager in two years. Management is unresponsive to resident complaints. Getting routine maintenance takes repeated requests. One of the interior stairwells is dangerously underlit. Calls for emergency services have gone unreturned on weekends. Their voicemail system is designed to be inaccessible to residents.

I have to say DHIC has been great. We as clients have to stay on top of correspondence due to Covid mostly through email. So glad you are open at all during pandemic. Ms ----, has helped me obtain housing and be able to aid in improving my overall health. Thank you Kindly DHIC
