I went to InOut Labs for an alcohol test and had a great experience. I scheduled an appointment online and Aileen followed up shortly after to prepare my check-in information. This sped up the whole process and I was done with my appointment and had my results in hand in less than 15 minutes. It was ok. Aileen was there and she was pretty rude at first. She got agitated that I didn't read the signs on the door which I never had to do anywhere else. She repeatedly asked me "didn't you read the signs?" . Then she said I'm supposed to make an appointment and I have to send her a PDF copy of the order from my place of work. I gave it to her about 10 minutes later via email and she thankfully squeezed me in without making an appointment. She told me normally you're supposed to make an appointment but the website States otherwise. After that she was pretty nice. She was very fast and efficient. Once she had seen how much urine I produce for a drug test she apologized to me and was very nice from then on out. (I practically held it in all morning). I'm also going to give her a break because she was running this whole office by herself. I didn't see anyone else in there besides customers so I can understand her frustration a little bit more. Like I said overall it was okay. I would suggest next time just telling the customer how things work there in a nice way. 90% of businesses you don't need to read instructions on their doors no matter if it's a medical facility or not. Just be like "Hey, thanks for stopping by. I need this and I need you to do that and then I can get you in". Easy peasy. Much easier on everyone involved.
