I have been with this company for a little over 7 years. It is now October and I have had to call them EVERY MONTH to pick up my trash from my business that is suppose to be picked up every week, since APRIL! I have been so graceful with this company but now I am losing my patience! Last week I called because my chain appears to have been cut. I PAY EXTRA FOR THEM TO LOCK MY dumpster. They were suppose to either re-lock the chain or replace it. I even told them to call me just in case they need for me to remove my lock so that they can easily change the chain. They never called. They never changed it and never locked it. I spoke with a lady last week and she gave me an issue number to refer to. I spoke with Lisa today and she claims she doesn’t see a complaint for the lock and she only sees complaints for non pick up. So they are either Liars, incompetent, or both! My representative over my account Marlyn is always very kind and tries her best but there’s only so much she can do. Overall this is the absolute worst company.

I called to start off service on 9/18 and everything ran smoothly until we have yet to receive garbage bins. They were to be brought on 9/20 the postponed it 3 days then we got into the next week which everything I called in they gave me a different day. Seems like only one representative works there on most days "Jay" who by far has the worst customer service. I did call and spoke to a Liz who did try to help but still nothing came through. We are now on week three we were supposed to get the bins sent over on priority for yesterday Monday 10/3 but when we called at the end of Monday they said Tuesday, 10/4. Called 2 times today to confirm and they said to give them until 7pm.... 7pm came and went - nothing! Honestly. The worst company I have ever had to work with (in general not just waste companies). Oh and good luck if you try to ask for a manager. They state they are never available.

there are tickets that you have to fill out and yes you have to log your stops and time there and at the dump. it's a cool little job to have the bosses B.K , travis, and gabe are cool dudes. they will give you every opportunity to succeed. all the drivers are nice and helpful

Hi Keith, thank you for your question! We accept e-waste at our 31st and California Avenue facility (3152 S. California Ave. Chicago, IL 60608), our Heartland Recycling Center (6201 W. Canal Bank Rd. Forest View, IL 60402), our Exchange facility (1300 W Exchange Chicago, IL 60609) and our Northbrook facility (2300 Carlson Dr. Northbrook, IL 60062). There is $45 fee plus a $5 per load safety environmental fee ($7 if you go to our Northbrook facility). There is also a $10 charge for safety gear (if you do not already have it) if you go to one of our Chicago locations and a $0.22 per ton City of Chicago handling fee. Thank you!

Thank you for your question! We have dropoff sites but the minimum is 2 tons of electronic waste. If you are an LRS customer we can remove it from your home for an additional cost. Please call 773.685.8811 to receive the cost of removal. Thank you!
Hi Howard, thank you for your question! If the fiberglass insulation is from your home, then you can put it in your waste container. You can also bring it into one of our facilities, like the California Ave facility, and there will be a charge per ton based on that particular location. Thank you!
Best answer is to fill cans with kitty litter and you will be able to place them in the garbage
