I was very impressed with the valuable customer service I received from the College Foundation representative (Tawana Bruce). She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. She stayed on the phone with me until I was able to log-in. She reassured me that she would help me bring my account current. I really appreciated her kindness.

Do not get a loan from this organization. it is a scam. When you go to pay it back they have a payment limit so they can extort more interest from you and no one answers the phones when you go to pay your bill anyways. They say you can pay online but the website doesn't actually allow you to access the payment page. Your better off giving your information to Indian scammers they are more pleasant and trustworthy.
