When I see some of the one star reviews it is pretty petty stuff... Canceling your membership because you saw a person without a mask on? You sound like the type of person that needs to get exercise equipment in your basement and never come out and be around people again. When I think of the generation of Americans that produced bravery at Normandy, and then I see the cowardice of people who can't even be around other human beings unless they can dictate and cover their face... pretty sad and cowardly stuff. Good job YMCA by not submitting to their Hitler like control to try to dehumanize others and cover up their face.

I have been a member for a few months now and sadly most of my experiences have been terrible. First off signing up- it was during a time there was a discount. I wasn't given the discount and had to call to get customer service to refund my money. Then I went in to get my id cards and have my picture taken. I told the staff I hadn't had a tour and would like to take a look around. They told me to go walk around. No offer of a tour. Well, I walked around but I still don't know where the locker room is nor the door to the indoor pool. The couple times I went in to get exercise, I couldn't, the kid zone was closed. I had no idea there was an app until I happened upon it. The zero personality front desk staff certainly never told me about it. I signed up and paid for swim classes twice and twice the classes were cancelled. No explanation, no notice. I called the director, no response.... Today I showed up for a class kid zone closed again... Y'all have to do better this is NOT the way you should conduct business. I feel like I'm wasting money because I can't seem to access the things I pay for. For those of you looking to join, demand a tour, demand to know everything that comes with your membership, get a print out of hours, do ALL the things! I still have no idea what all I have access to.

I love it there. The staff are extremely friendly and it's a very clean facility. They offer dozens of exercise classes.
