Was a member for a long time and quit after a bad experience (few years ago). Came back when they lifted the mask requirements. Then they put the masks back into place. I quit on the spot, but they convinced me to maintain a 10 dollar a month placeholder for 6 months. After 6 months I was sent a notice that they charged me too long, and apologized. Fine, but when I looked a couple months later they were still charging me :( . When I called about it they were not apologetic. Said they'd return the money, contended what/how I communicated -- just unprofessional. I suppose they expect me to be happy they are quietly drafting money from my bank account. The money was returned in a couple days. The lady's tone with me prompted this posting. Hey, I worked out twice and you got a few hundred bucks -- it costs you nothing to be nice after making a mistake with someone's bank account.

We love the Kerr site! The facilities are always clean and everyone is friendly. Our kids often prefer coming to the outdoor pool here in the summer instead of the neighborhood pool because of the big slide ❤️.

Facilities are filthy and staff seems very unprofessional.

I have been a member since Feb of this year. So far, I am very pleased with the diversity of classes and types of training you can get here. This is a family friendly gym with Christian values. Laurie, who works at the front desk is very welcoming and has a good spirit to her. Everyone here seems to carry a positive attitude.

Be 48 inches tall or pass a swim test. Life guards administer the swim test every break at the outdoor pool. To pass one must swin the length of the pool (about 25 yards) freestyle, tread water for 30 seconds. Pull your self out of the pool, jump back in and climb back out.
Yes it is. As of Thursday December 20, 2018 as of 12:00 noon.
