We have had 3 different case managers in less than 6 months, and will be getting another soon. No one will give us their direct number and we have to keep calling an answering service, even for emergencies. We keep running out of important medications because refills are never automatic. The added stress makes an already difficult time even worse. I recommend looking elsewhere.
