I work salery. But after 5 months my check is short days pay. They say that I'm salery but if they ask me to take a day off that I don't get paid for that day Is this legal?

They can't dupe you of hours if your on salary. If your not payed by the hour they also can not restrict your breaks. The company can not require you to be somewhere like they do with hourly pay.
