If I could give no stars I would I told the lady I had to quit my job because a coworker tired to physically attack me and I fear for my life I told my GM about the girl violent behavior but nothing wasn’t done about it then the coworker tired to physically attack me still the mangers still didn’t do nothing about her violent behavior so I quit because I fear for my life but my managers had us sign a paper last year that if you quit and don’t give two weeks notice they drop your pay to 7.25 I understand I signed a paper but why take pay away from me when I didn’t quit on my on that employee violent behavior towards me made me quit now you can’t go to a work place without being attacked for no reason it just isn’t fair that you have to take abuse at work and the abuser is being treated as the victim it makes no sense you can’t make money for your family that the devil have to be in the mix

I want to thank the labor board this morning for helping me get my hard earned money that was getting took from me from a company i was working for. For their purposes. I explained to the labor board how I was done they told me they're not allowed to do that so I called my old company and let them know the L.B. said they gave me my money but still had to give them some money just to get my money

I would never do business in this state. The labor secretary just said that COVID poses no extra required protections to workers. She is retiring of course. No to any business that accepts this position.
I have recently been told I could only request 2 different times off in a 6 week period. I have more than enough pto hours for more. Is this allowed?

Read the contract you signed to find the answer, if an employer has a business need to have you on a certain time period it may be blacked out. It goes back to company policy and the black out dates.

It is a right to work state. You don't have to give a notice just like they don't have to let you work out your last 2 weeks. Sorry bro.
You by law have to take a lunch. Your employer cant ask you to work through it and you cant choose to work through it. They are not allowed to edit your time however. If they have an issue with your time they have to discuss it you you before modifying it.

Can an employer do random searches of employee vehicles without probable cause?
bobby boone | Sep 12, 2019
MrSbfan2000 | Sep 12, 2019

Get a note from you doctor stating that you need to sit due to your medical condition. Your employer has to make reasonable accommodation for you. What is reasonable of not is all dependant on what you do.
I worked 40hrs one week and under 40hrs. I get paid bi-weekly. When I go to look at my time card, I see that my boss has been taking 30 min off of each day during the overtime week and does not take 30 min off during the week with no overtime
