I work 8 hours a day in a restaurant. They do not give you any kind of break. Are they allowed to do this?

No they are not supposed to do that

There are required by law to give you 30 minutes unpaid for lunch but don't have to give you breaks except to use the bathroom. And that's to actually use the bathroom not smoking.

What can u do if u work and the one u work for. dont pay u.and he pay's under the table?
