When I say I never do reviews..I literally never do them. As someone who has experience in the field of Social Work it is very discouraging and disheartening to see how ineffective these case managers can be. I completely understand burnout and work overload but it is absolutely ridiculous that I am doing my part by getting my paper work submitted in a timely manner but cannot have the same done in return. I have been trying for the past MONTH to get ahold of someone and I’m always either forwarded to a voicemail or literally no response at all. People need their benefits so please just do your job!!!

I really hate This doctor office they rude & every unprofessional !!! Clinic G ‼️‼️‼️🤬

Phone calls got me nowhere. Everyone just kept passing me on to the next person. When I went to the building in-person, I was finally able to get some assistance, I think.

I was having a horrible experience, I called eight different people left multiple messages and emails and nobody was getting back to me for two months… And then I got a hold of someone named Angie K. L’Hoeste, this woman helped me immediately within 24 hours! I was trying for over two months… And got helped within 24 hours, I am so appreciative of her! This is someone who actually cares for those in need of assistance. Thank you 😊

YES, YOU MUST BRING IN YOUR DUKE ENERGY LIGHT BILL, AND OTHER VERTIFICATIONS OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD!!!
YES, YOU CAN RECEIVE FOODSTAMPS IF YOU ARE GETTING SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY!!
If you have time go in person. With all your documentation of your income. Meaning pay stubs.
You need to go to social services and ask to speak to a case worker that deals with adult mental illness and they should be able to help you from there!!!
You can always call them and find out.
Yes you can if you're currently receiving assistance,SNAP, Medicaid etc, you can get an Unified Subsistence Inland/Coastal Recreational Fishing License Waiver. This allows you to fish inland and costal waters with the exception of trout.
Yes, go in. Try to have all your financial documents and ID. If you for any reason don't qualify, they can write you referrals for other ways to collect food- and give you other resources that may be helpful.
I'm not too sure if they provide assistance with housing but if you call your counties local United Way (dail 411 from your phone) they should be able to provide you with local agencies that help with housing. Best of luck to you and welcome to the Carolinas.
YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE WAKE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT, ON SUNNYBROOK RD, OFF OF NEW BERN AVE, RALEIGH, N.C.
Depends on what kind of check. There's Work First, Food Stamps-now called EBT OR Aid to Families with Dependant Child (AFDC) or do you mean disability? Disability is best handled through the Social Security Administration. The Work First check is the only money Human Services grants that I’m aware of. I think the programs all require the participant to be employed at least part time.
Apply for medicaid/medicare first.... ask for list of doctors who take these insurances.
Health department or Walgreens
Google search EBT fraud. It will tell you where to go.
Did you try calling them? The customer services is really helpful
What's ur number
Yes
No you will get that from Social Security Adminstration at 4701 Old Wake Forest Rd in Raleigh
You would need to contact the Orthodontist that put them on or someone in that field.
They are short staff
She needs to talk to legal aid
They have been sued because of the lack of emergency housing. They lost and still haven't done anything much to make it right.
I am not sure what that is at all. I went to this location to get Daycare Voucher, which I was denied, because according to them I make to much for help. Considering Daycare all around cost to damn much. The situation you are discussing can be an number of things going on and because I don't know the situation I can't answer the question.
I don't understand
You need a lawer. They make stuff up to suit their needs.
Good question I would contact Wake County Social Service.
No...and they will refer to more places that wont help either ur on your own out here in raleigh..food services are also limited you must be working to recieve food stamps but if you make more than 200 dollars a week you still get nothing
No they are closed on the weekends
There are several requirements you need to comply with before you can get them. Call them and find out.
I don't speak Spanish, sorry
YOU HAVE TO REQUEST THAT IN WRITING A LETTER TO CASEWORKER'S SUPERVISOR!!
You often times can get a referral to an outside agency for help
Yes it is!!,call human service office they will direct you,or you can call the police and they will assit
I can try
I'm interested in knowing. While they may offer help. I would be surprised if they do free tax preparation...
They do
You have to meet and talk to them about that.
Not true. If you have a small amount of a pycheck and you show proof why you cant pay it , they should help you. Bring all your bills including your le lease for your rent.
Yes
Unfortunately you won't get through to talk to anyone. You need to physically go there. We gave up trying to call them. They never pick up and never return calls
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday
