The only bad thing here is that for people who don't speak English it gets complicated because they don't speak Spanish and it's a miracle to get in touch, you should have people who also speak Spanish because here in North Carolina we have many Latino people who only They speak Spanish and that we are willing to learn their language, but they should give better service, apart from the fact that they put a recorder on you

Someone there incorrectly entered my child’s birthday and is calling a windfall of issues with insurance and pharmacies. So I try to call and have them fix it :) hahaha and the phone just rings and rings and rings and hangs up …. So there’s no way to fix this as you can imagine there’s no email or other form of contact except a fax number. So now I have to take a day off to go searching for someone there to fix a mistake THEY made. Why have a number if no one is going to answer that’s ridiculous

Ove bren calling NC Dss in Raleigh NC because of the abuse I'm going thru. My aide wasn't doing her job I reported to Intrim Healthcare many times. They said they were going to take care of it but they didn't. I got hurt. It's not my fault. I called and told them still nothing. I called DSS in Pitt County and reported It's. I was scared
Who do I contact to report an illegal eviction. I'm completely and totally disabled by the state of North Carolina. My ex-landlord put me out during this pandemic. Wouldn't take. Y rent money. I had to leave with few clothes some of my meds clothes on my back crutches nothing else. I had 1 more chance to get what I could that's was it I lost everything. My past present and now the future I'm in a shelter. I was being harassed by my ex-landlord DSS and intrim Healthcare services in Pitt County I had to leave County and city I was born and raised in. Still the harassment was so bad I'm hiding out in a shelter and the still trying to find me cause they're trying to have me warded to the state so they can put me in a physic ward for the rest of my life because they messed up. I lost everything. My whole family, my daughter DSS had been in contact them and talking to them. I've been severely harassed. I'm hid out in a shelter. DSS and Intrim in NC has destroyed me HELP PLEASE
