It also do to morning prep. They have to close down to at less get ready for the next shift. Kinds hard to serve customers, clean, prep, and get out when you short staff & behind. As a worker for Burger King I can totally understand the reason. It can be any thing that the customers don't take into consideration. Hopefully, this comment will help with the question that hand. I agree. I would call management to inquire about hours. They have been different during the pandemic.
Thats strange. On the rare occasion I have been there at 3am we received service. I would call their dayshift manager and ask what it was about. You could get a comped meal out of it.
