Super dirty they need to take cleanliness a little more serious. The entryway, bathrooms and play area were filthy! There was a manager outside smoking and chatting for a long time so I can see why the place looks like it does, bet she didn't wash her hands before handling food😅🤢

This McDonald’s is usually fast and friendly. Drive through is preferred. Eating inside seems like a hassle as the dining room is usually messy and the staff seems too short on time to deal with the walk-ins. Good food usually fresh. Hopefully they bring back milkshakes soon.

I am tired or this particular restaurant, they are generally pretty slow. Tonight I took my kids out to a ball game and we stopped by to get some treats and a little food and it was not enjoyable. Fries were cold, didn’t put the apple pies in the bag, milk shakes were about an inch and a half from the top, a little whip cream, my kids said their chocolate shakes tasted like vanilla. So… $28 down the drain… we will not be back.

Ordered and paid for a LARGE HOT MOCHA WITH EXTRA SHOT OF ESPRESSO and a blueberry muffin… my muffin was ice cold and I did not get the coffee I asked for… got plain coffee with cream and sugar! Which isn’t terrible but not what I asked for, and NOT WHAY I PAID FOR… muffin finally got to room temp and was okay- but not great. Tasted like it had been frozen - not fresh.

Dining area is open
Yes. This place was just dirty. I wouldnt let my grandkids play there. The soda machine was filthy and sticky and the floors looked like they were never mopped.
It also do to morning prep. They have to close down to at less get ready for the next shift. Kinds hard to serve customers, clean, prep, and get out when you short staff & behind. As a worker for Burger King I can totally understand the reason. It can be any thing that the customers don't take into consideration. Hopefully, this comment will help with the question that hand. Have a Great & Blessed Day.
Call their Corporate Office and let them know what is going on at that location.
Go to the website and email corporate depending whether its a chain or franchise there is a link to do so explain the situation as clearly and as detailed as possible names of the employees if you know or remember sorry you had that poor customer service and I hope this helps
