Pulled in the drive thru @10:30pm and only 3 cars ahead of us. We waited a whole 30mins before we got to the speaker box. When we got to the speaker box, nobody answer until 5mins later and the lady behind the speaker said it would just be a moment. As we waited for about 15mins before we ordered, we had to wait almost 20mins to get our food. It was very disappointing as it was an hour and ten minutes wasted.

Just left there about 5 minutes ago. My husband ordered a whopper with cheese, but absolutely NOTHING was on it. No lettuce, no tomato, no pickle, no cheese. These two young ladies in the drive thru window need to pay more attention to these orders that come thru. Or they need to be let go. Very much dissatisfied. They honestly don't even deserve one star.

Ordered online at 8:55 pm. I arrived to pickup my order. There employees closed at 9 pm themselves. They did not return my money nor my food. Also no way to request your money back in the app to inform that you did not receive your food and the reason why.
