Very Nice front desk workers, Great rooms, pool Very clean and warm. The first floor is under construction remodeling still, but I can imagine how nice they will be when finished. Each room will have a private fenced in patio out the sliding doors poolside.

Even though the current available rooms are dated, the rooms were clean. Talked to a few different staff and they were all very nice. They were very welcoming and the breakfast and coffee was nice!

In the middle of major renovations. Rooms needed upgrading and definitely in the process. Very well thought out "grab and go" will get you down the Interstate.

This place is super gross and nowhere near updated to this century. And it’s huge. We are one of about 8 cars in the parking lot and it still took a long walk to the center of this place that feels more like a very run down retirement home, with a luggage cart that has one flat tire and another stuck completely. Bathroom fan doesn’t work. Ceiling height in our room was 6’6” feels like a dungeon especially on the 70s orange clumpy carpet. Breakfast is a pop tart to go and a milk carton than was 3 days expired and chunky, when every other hotel in Tennessee has hot breakfast. We stay at best westerns anytime we travel for work or leisure and this one doesn’t deserve the name best western and definitely not the name best western “plus”. Has more of a motel 6 feel to me.
