Not the best choice for a Wendy's. It can be difficult to get in and out of this place, as it's located at a very busy section of Broad Street. Aside from that, once you do manage to get there, the staff is cold, and sometimes downright rude. Food is mediocre at best. There are better choices in Pataskala, and there is a really good Wendy's in Johnstown.

Put an online order in. Sent my husband to pick it up. He incorrectly told them I called it in. They soon realized his mistake and saw that it was an online order. He called me and I called the store to see what was going on. The lady explained it to me. She was very polite. Everything worked out. The order was filled 100% and everything was fresh and warm!! Thank you to the lady who realized my hubbys mistake and got everything fulfilled!! We will definitely order here again!!

While it's not the worst Wendy's I've been to it's definitely in the top five. Always get your receipt at the first pay window because normally they forget part of your order at the second window and forget about getting sauces for your nuggets. They act as if it takes Congress to get you any.

This place NEVER gets orders right. Placed a order for a Baconator which I know comes with 6 pieces of bacon. The sandwich literally had a half a piece that was old and black in color. Also ordered a Double cheeseburger without onion and it was loaded with them. The spicy nuggets were so old and hard it was impossible to distinguish that it was actually chicken. Tried repeatedly to call the store 2 days in a row with no one answering calls. Will not return
