TRAVELER BEWARE! Room 202 has double queen beds, one of which (closest to the window) is soaked with urine throughout the mattress. The smell is poignant, obvious and needless to say, disgusting… The two women who were running the front desk showed no sign of urgency or concern. They were unwilling to assist and just cockily said they were not able to do anything regarding the matter due to the hotel being fully booked and their manager not being there until 4 days from today. They confirmed with me that their housekeepers would clean the mattress only to find that they were in the middle of putting different sheets on the urine soaked/stained mattress.We ended up leaving. We were still charged and we are currently pending our dispute to be resolved with Booking.com.

Positive: The bed was comfortable & the shower was nice. The was coffee always available downstairs & it was pretty good. Negative: There was only an outdoor pool & it was really far from the room, i was hoping to swim but it was too much of a hassle. The parking was horrible & there wasn't enough of it.

We had a great stay. Room was clean, beds were comfy. It was quiet for the most part. Staff was nice and helpful. Location was great for our trip to see Kane Brown. Food was ok. The kids liked it. I prefer a healthy breakfast. I ended up eating a hard boiled egg, apple and oatmeal with peanut butter. Everything else was sweet or pastry like. Overall highly recommend.

Positive: Very clean and convenient for our travels. It was pet friendly and the 1st floor room was easy for pet access. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was very good. Negative: I wish the pet fee was not as much.
