I just came from there and they got all 3 of my drinks wrong and most of all my krystals wrong too I got half no pickle and the other with well most of all them had none and then I heard the lady at the window say she didnt care cause shes going home anyways 🤨

They made my special order pretty good. They messed up by putting the burger patty on 1st then taking it off because I ordered bacon cheese Krystal no burger patty.

This has to be the worst ran fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The lunch and dinner shifts are slow... and act like your a problem for wanting to eat there. Just close this one down and put in a different food place or fire every manager and the Franchise owner for not caring enough or doing even a mediocre job. Your wasting a great location for something else that can actually benefit East Ridge.

Every time I go to this location everyone is very friendly & in a great mood. There is 2 guys that are in the window a lot they're amazing!!!! Great attitudes and positive vibes! The food is always good and hot as well!
