To anyone that is currently residing at this facility, can you please tell me how long and how do you like it? I read somewhere online where there was a shooting in the parking lot. Because of this I’m debating whether or not I should move here. ty.

We currently reside there. Mostly nice except the loud stereos after hours, the unattended teens watching kids at the pool, and the onsite group that hangs out by the laundry area late nights. Nice public grill and playground area. Can't wait to have normal neighbors when we move! Good luck.

If I could give them no stars at all I will. The worest management ever, they steal my security deposit 500$ and want me to pay more 310$ because of their problem. They didn't receive my evacuation email and wanted to charge me a full month pay as penalty. It's been more than a year since I moved and till now I didn't get my money back. I'll sue them definitely. I moved in June 2018 and moved out June 2019
