I have literally coming here 4 times for delivery, then not to have a simple flavor like chocolate or strawberry or vanilla. This can't be a fluke. This was the color of bananas they were using if you look in the background. He couldn't even peel the banana! Trainwreck

Don't go here! Ordered a cake in person over 48 hours in advance (they request 48 hours and i didnt want to trust online) for our daughter's high school graduation party with pick up being in the afternoon. Upon arrival for pick up, the staff spend over 20 minutes "looking " for the order to then tell me the cake maker came in that morning, didn't feel good and left without making my cake. The cake maker left before 10am and I didn't arrive for pick up until 530pm. No phone call. I understand people get sick, but to not even communicate to give me a chance to find an alternative option while there was so much time available and waisted. I ended up calling Publix where they had a cake ready for me within 30 minutes. Don't trust them with your events. Save yourself the stress and disappointment

I ordered a fudge sundae with both sour gummy worms and gummy bears. It contained neither, which was very disappointing as I had been looking forward to those delicious frozen gelatin nuggets in anticipation for 39 minutes. Still some good icecream

Horrible location. Everytime I come here to get ice cream I always get told "we're out of that or we don't have that" and to top it off the customer service is really poor. Tonight I tried ordering something with a topping that I order on Uber eats from this location all the time and the cashier acted like I was crazy. I even double checked my UberEats history and in fact I had ordered it at this location many tines before same way I was asking her to prepare it. Will not go to this location again.
