Called to order delivery but ended up driving to the store because I was on hold for 25 minutes. When asked to speak to the manager because of the lack of service all she did was apologize and walk off so the cashier began to take our order and when asked if we could have a discount or something she said no we don't give discounts so I calmly said fine I will just order my food today and call corporate office for the issue and the cashier flipped out and said if your going to come in here with that attitude I'm not waiting on you and stormed off to the back of the store so the manager had to come back out to finish our order and I told her how ignorant the cashier was for no reason and would like to know her name well the manager ignored me even though I asked for the girls name 3 times finally the girl came back out and her name tag said Hailey l. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and then to not even try to correct the issue and just continue to treat us badly and the manager just sat there and allowed her employees attitude to continue. Hailey needs suspended or fired or something for her disrespect to the customers

Food was good it's little Caesars exactly what you expect for 8.00. it was hot had to order on arrival. Only one rub the server cashier was nice but I hate being called BOSS. I respect Thier job and prefer to using names or appropriate pronouns. Not intended as a bad review just wanted to let all in front and back that they are appreciated

This place never has Hot n Ready pizza actually ready!!!! The staff are rude and in my opinion incompetent at the registers. I ordered a pizza and not even 10 min later went to check to see if my “Hot n Ready” was Ready and she was fully prepared to take my order like I wasn’t just in the 10 min ago. 0 stars for customer service. Calling corporate tomorrow

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but when you get an attitude from the staff like I did for the 3rd time I am bound to leave one. The app notified me the $75+ order was ready. By the time I got there it had been about ten minutes. It took 5 more for the girl to come to the counter to finally ask what I needed. I told her my order # was ready. She then very snotty like said, “we’ll do you see your name on the screen where you pick them up?” Me, “no it’s not on there because it’s a big order that would not fit” she looked as if she rolled her eyes at me and turned away from me with an attitude as if she had to actually do something. She gets my order on the counter semi gently, and never said a word even after I told her thank you. She jus walked away.
