I Have Been Living Here For 3 Years It Is Very Cozy For My 2 Children and I No Complaints Other Than It Terribly Hard To Contact Anyone In The Office But They Are Amazing Once They Answer The Phone.

Wow... A friend of mine is moving in soon. He had a totally different experience. And there was an open house last week so you could have seen the apartments then.

To anyone that is currently residing at this facility, can you please tell me how long and how do you like it? I read somewhere online where there was a shooting in the parking lot. Because of this I’m debating whether or not I should move here. ty.

We currently reside there. Mostly nice except the loud stereos after hours, the unattended teens watching kids at the pool, and the onsite group that hangs out by the laundry area late nights. Nice public grill and playground area. Can't wait to have normal neighbors when we move! Good luck.

Call the office. It's low income supposed to be at least... I encourage you to call and ask. Everyone is different. But you need a application fee I think is 50 to see if you qualify. Then it goes from there. They accept sec 8 too
