Yes it is. But, unlike the vast majority of country clubs in Coachella valley, it is one of the few where the homeowner actually owns his/her land -- instead of paying a lease for the land. Great CC, with 1 hot mineral spring pool, kept at 90, and with 3 mineral springs hot tubs, kept at 100, 102, & 104, respectively. Cooled indoor shuffleboard courts. Also, saunas, exercise room, and very friendly residents. HOA does cost $114.20 monthly. But, not family friendly, and the bonus is we pay no school taxes. Lotta bang for the buck.
