They don't charge extra for children. Children aren't allowed to live in the park It's age restricted to be a senior citizen park. You have to be 55+ to qualify to live here. It is legal.

The hoa is like 5.00 and the space rent is 420.00 and that includes water and trash. The electric is billed thru the park and since the park installed solar my electric bill dropped so much if i said it you wouldnt believe it. So i wont. Its a very nice place to live and they are harder to get in to than mist but that keeps our park nicer than most in this area. Yet costs are lower than most. Good luck and happy hunting

I prefer downtown Palm Springs and its only 10 minutes away. Take dillon to palm turn left towards the 10 frwy. Turn right on vista chino go down to palm canyon dr turn left and you will be in the heart of shopping galore.
