All the residents keep their property well manicured and clean. The pool was refreshing. Lots of laundry appliances. Nice library. Everyone friendly.

LOVE, LOVE THIS COMMUNITY!!! Friendly People, Well Maintained, flowers, trees in the Desert! So much fun, activities like Water Volley, Ball, Lunches, Dinners, Bocce Ball, Dances ALL so reasonable. Life is GOOD!!!!

Not to my knowledge...does not look promising this year...but watch for signs outside of park...they will be out when it opens again.

Can one have a mortor home or camp trailer to live in on the lot you buy ? How old or new can the camp trailer , park model, or mobile home have to be? What activities , does the park offer as well as pools, hot tubs, etc?

Yes motor homes or travel trailers are permitted if the are 15 years or newer on rented lots. They are permitted on privately owned lots. Mini golf, shuffle board. Bichi ball courts. Pool,weight room, Mexican train, pinochle and table tennis are some of the games offered

All rentals are different prices, depending on park model year. Some are posted on the quail valley web site. Also rental are posted on a brochure that can be picked up at the gate entrance
