The people who live here are terrible. There is no live and let live. The snowbirds run the place even when they are not here. And god forbid you touch the golf course without a club in your hand. Water gets shut off at least once a week to fix a water leak. When they turn it back on( full force) you get compressed air and water hammer. On any given day there are a half dozen plumbing trucks driving around. There is also separate rules for different groups. Beautiful views ( which is why I bought here) but definitely not worth it. I’ve lived here 4.5 years and just met the park manager. The dude speaks from both sides of his mouth at the same time!

I have lived here about 2 1/2 years and I can say from my knowledge of what I have seen and observed that Armando (The Manager) and his staff really work hard and are vey pleasant and respond quickly and that is a big, big deal. They make our life here safer, easier, and a nice place to call home. I so like dealing with people and businesses that care and I can say that is very true here
