I was having a hard time getting a prescription filled. The young lady I spoke to was very helpful she went above and beyond. I was calling my insurance and Dr. like a ping-pong ball. She took it upon herself to call my insurance and Dr after her lunch break. Everything worked out, sadly I don't recall her name but she was wonderful.

There seems to be a reoccurring communication problem with the current pharmacist and the assistants working the counter. 4 times in the last 7 months they have failed to have my pain medication refills ready for pickup on the day it was supposed to be available. I now call 3 days in advance, have them check stock, and confirm the day I can pick it up, but this still hasn’t solved the problem. This month once again, I was unable to get my meds until 2 days later than my refill date, even after I was told by the pharmacist 5 days earlier that they were in stock and would be ready for pickup on that date. If it wasn’t for the extended hours they are open, and lack of other pharmacies in the area, I would go elsewhere,

I'am not sure whats going on in this Pharmacy. Last year I moved things here because of the great customer service. This year customer service went from being a 10 to maybe a 2 at best. It takes weeks sometimes to get a refill that have already been approved. I have called and talked to 4 people just this last week. All giving different answers. Waited in line for over an hr and no one gets to the bottom of whats happening or who is making the mistakes. And they don't do follow up calls that the promise to do. I'm out of the prescriptions that I need and they don't seem to care. If things don't get corrected I'm going to have to move my prescriptions and shop other places.

Doctor called in prescription at 3 pm, we went to the pharmacy at 6 pm and it WASN'T READY. This place is over priced and full of kids that DON'T care.
