Grass golf courses in the desert should be illegal and won’t be possible in less than a decade. Time to wake up and face reality and act like civic citizens.

This review is not to be removed. Such a thing should not be possible. This neighborhood has severe unaddressed issues with light, noise and the chemical pollution of a thousand improperly aerated septic systems. The people who live in the neighborhood and attend the club are often entitled and seem to believe that money is morality; apparently war criminals with hurt feelings about offhand remarks merit more care than the rest of daily operations. The prices for food used to be reasonable in the cafe and high in the restaurant and now both are very high and will soon be extraordinary. Dues are skyrocketing and illicitly blamed on bare minimum wage increases and insurance premiums rather than the entirely unnecessary and corruption-prone 25% reserve fund. The reality is that drought or not most water here comes from the aquifer and will soon be depleted, and a golf course in the desert is not sustainable for another decade. There is no reason to upgrade the main clubhouse to another golf-oriented design. The members and leaders of this community must face reality and make a plan to begin immediately transitioning to a different desert community that can survive what is coming in the next generation. If the county intervened, much quality of life and private equity could still be saved. The privatization of community deserves a response from the county in stricter oversight for HOAs.

Be careful. When I lived there the HOA continually, annually went up.
Driving range is members only. Chipping and putting areas are open to the public. There is a large hitting net for warming up.
Possibly
There are lots of homes on the golf course.
Just home's
Yes you can have pets they just aren't allowed on the golf course if you have dogs.
I have nothing but problems with the HOA at Mission Lake's cc. They're very rude and treat their customers terrible. I have had 3 different bad experiences.
