This park has really gotten better under the new owners and the new manager is a good guy and has done a good job cleaning up this park. The park has security now and is being upgraded. Most everyone here is friendly and helpful.not a bad place to live.

This place.....NO NO NO NO....Warning this place is nothing but slum lords the manager Jonny he treats all the renters here as if they were animals the owners full of un godly harsh behavior they refuse to give us renters are bathroom codes knowing most of us moved in here for the amenities California state law says it is illegal for them to refuse us those rights they lock us out of our own gates making it impossible to get to our homes unless someone else is leaving. this place horrible the management is the worst ever don't waste ur money or time there's tons out there and around here any we're is better than here I promise

That i could not see her.and that had to leave immediately. Told him he was oversteping boundaries I left but should report him.i myself just diagnosied with cancet
Great place, really enjoyed our stay there. Not sure about tenting but they do have showers. They also have laundry and a nice pool and hot tub. Dean is the man, very laid back and helpful. Give him a call :)
Varies on site you are in, pull throughs more expensive, 250 to 300, no electric on weekly, just monthly. 550 monthly, plus electric. Park is pretty full now. There are some Air Streams for rent on AirBnB.
I've done work for them I don't really agree with their philosophy but it's not that bad of a place actually it's kind of its kind of neat it's in Desert Hot Springs but it's in the desert I mean this is all desert so things are laid out different here
