You wouldn’t think DHS the best place for Labor Day Weekend, however, we missed our little home away from home and wanted to be able to hook up and enjoy the air conditioning inside and the mineral baths so we took a leap and checked out this little gem of a park and we’re so glad we did! For starters the camp host is a sweetheart and could not have been more hospitable. Being one of the hottest weekends this summer yet, we practically had the park to ourselves. We shared the family pool during the day with a couple of well behaved children and had the back pool to ourselves at night. The little market is good for drinks, chips and ice but there’s a small market close by with at least one of anything else you might need. What my husband loved was that they allowed us to park the Rzr and even drive through the park at 5mph. Everywhere else it seems makes you leave it at home ad that can be a bother when you don’t park it at home. We hope to come back this fall with our family, the model RVs they rent out look very nice and perfect for our family that would need to rent them.

My husband and I stayed at Catalina for 6 months (March - August). We were only supposed to be there for 2 months, but my husband had an injury that kept us there longer. I cannot say enough good things about Christina and all the amazing staff that work at the park. They were so helpful and empathetic to our situation. Christina truly cares and runs a tight ship. She keeps everything (including your mail) in the office super organized. We also ended up using their storage yard for a month, which was super convenient and the pricing was great. The park itself is beautiful, with tons of amenities. I used the gym nearly every day, and it had everything you could want in it. The laundry room was great, and I loved that you could pay with your phone. The bathrooms and showers were modern and always clean. Enjoyed both pools as well! The views of Mt. San Jacinto are incredible. Catalina was a great place to be "stuck" and if we are back in the Palm Springs area again, we will absolutely come back.

Where do I start well first off it was fine. When I went into the office she was acting like she had to get clearance by a man that wasn't there and far as im concern,i really think this perso isn't real because I've never seen or talked to this person. Then I tried to get a reservation she said you were good tenants had no problems. Then said she asked me to call her back. Then when I did get a hold of her she said the man manager said they had to stick to their policy. After I already stayed their before. This place is very wishy washy. I wouldn't stay here if I were you. If you don't want complications.

This is a very nice place. But one of the front desk lady is so rude. And rules tend to change day to day. Will not be coming here again.

I know they have permanent spots for rent. Just give them a call. I just spent a month there and HIGHLY reccomended. The mineral spas and pools are wonderful. The resort is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful.

You can fish but once you've caught your fish you have to put them back. It's a catch and release.
Cable is available, the basic channels without dtv u would get at home
Yes, it is pet friendly. As is always the case, dogs must be on leashes. There is a nice sized fenced dog park... actually 2, side by side.
They have a lot of vacancies right now, Jan 11th.
