My in-laws just started staying here and I was blown away by how amazing the pool area is. There is grassy areas that transforms the desert into a lush green oasis. Love the vibe here too!

I lived here for 18 months., in a 5th wheel & found the other residents very nice & helpful., The site store does not have Everything., but what can you expect ( really ) but they do care about your needs., just a 5 mimute., if that.,drive down the road is a pretty well stocked conveinance store.. the Choice of Spa,s I would say is good., but could do with a makeover., but serve your purpose., along with a descent sized swimming pool. the prices overall are not that bad.. I would definatly come here again.

Hello Dian, Our tiny homes are $1500 per week. We are in the process of renovating a mobile home that will be available for nightly rental as well, 3 days minimum and then most likely a weekly rate. The only other monthly option we have right now is for our campground and you would need your own RV.
Yes, we allow tents. The rate is $60 that includes passes to the hot mineral spring pools. The passes are $18 per person weekdays and $25 on weekends. So you the tent space comes out pretty low in the end!

Hi Barbara, thank you for your inquiry. We do not allow subletting by our residents. However, we do have some park owned mobile homes for rent. They range from $1500 to $1600 per month, all utilities included and unlimited access to our pools. We also have RV spaces for rent from $580 to $605 per month, plus electric.
