I been trying to call the line for questions, but haven't been successful. I need to know if someone over 18 has to be present during the appointment and pick up. My mom works early in the mornings, and my sister who is 17 agreed to come with me.

Probably for spaying, too, just because, legally, a minor can't sign contacts for most things.
