Some days especially at night time is like that, but the way is worth it try to go on lunch or before dinner rush

You really have to consider when you went - was it a weekend, was it after something like a football game or something similar? Sometimes restaurants get absolutely packed and they may be understaffed for any number of reasons. At that point you just have to be understanding and realize that there are some thinga that are out of anyones control. From my experience and what others seem to be posting, wait time usually isnt that bad. I'd suggest trying it one more time, maybe during the week if you want to be sure you won't have that long of a wait.
I agree the weight is typically not that long and I would suggest you try again another time as the food and atmosphere are great.
I have never had a wait like that. Even when they were really busy the longest wait was 15-20 minutes. But the food is definitely worth the wait!
I've been multiple times on a Friday and Saturday night between 6 and 7:00 p.m. and never had more than a 15 minute wait. Sorry to hear about your experience but it's worth giving a try again
The food is excellent and served quickly. People simply know quality, hence the wait.
