Terrible steak! Ordered the 18oz bone in Ribeye $28.99. Steak was not cooked to order and it had so much fat on it I would have been better off ordering the 12oz ribeye and saved money. I’ve been to Outback numerous times only order ribeye. Usually get good food and have a good experience. It seems like Outback may have changed their supplier along with the prices because the quality of my steak was what you would expect at Golden Coral and cost more then pre Covid. Our waitress asked how my steak was and when I showed her the amount of fat and explained not to happy with it not being cooked to order, she just shrugged head shoulders and said, oh sorry to hear that and walked off. I really expected a manager to come over and inquire what was wrong, but that didn’t happen. Poor customer service in a very competitive market. Won’t be back here again, I rather eat a McDonald’s burger than pay $28 for an 18oz steak with 5oz’s of inedible. Seriously for $28 I expect a decent steak, not Ruth Steakhouse or Council Oak grade but a decent steak and the one I got from Outback fell way short of that.👎👎👎 👎

I have been a few tines. This time I went for the unlimited lunch soup & salad. I added a lunch portion prime rib sandwich. I wouldn't recommend the prime rib sandwich only because of its price to value ratio and it's very messy. But it was a very tasty sandwich for sure. The soup and salad was great, refills were fairly quick, and I would get it again. That new Tasmanian chili was awesome. I generally stick to the dinner steaks when I come here.

at this outback: I highly do not recommend this place. The waitress was upset that my friend's steak was raw and when she he asked her to take it back and get her a well done she said she had to go ask so she brought along her manager who and interrogated antagonized my friend check his whole plate and brought him out another plate and stood within inches of him asking him to cut his steak. When he did it was bloody and my friend being kind gave the manager or not and the manager walked off with the waitress. My asparagus was very burnt, not as bad as my friends situation. Staff has always been short with us and quick. We are not nasty or upset people in fact we come off as sweet maybe that's why we weren't treated like guests? Water was all over the table and the third time the waitress came to the table I told her that my sleeve got soaked. She shoved your shoulders and said oh well at least it's water and just ran off without even a word. I do not ever want to go back there and if I have my choice will not go back there again. I spent at least $100 in food and was not satisfied in the least. That was with two entrees one appetizer a water and tea. Not at all what I expected out of $100.

This outback experience was by far one of the best I've ever had ! From start to finish everyone who worked there was so professional and polite. They even opened the door for us. We were sat down immediately, which was very nice. Our waitress greeted us, and was ready to get the ball in motion, she was very sweet and helped us throughout the whole experience. We ordered the Mac and cheese bites for an appetizer, they were very good, especially with outbacks unbeatable ranch. I love their bread, and practically scoop the butter out on the warm and delicious loaf. Me and my husband both ordered steaks, I got the 12 oz ribeye, and he got the 8 oz sirloin with their new ribs on the side. I by far prefer the ribeye, bc the fat just melts in your mouth like butter and it just adds so much flavor to it. The steaks both had a beautiful outer crust, but perfectly cooked on the inside. I got the creamed spinach as a side, it was good, but I normally don't really like spinach and I ate almost all of it. Along with my side salad which I covered in ranch lol. The server was so sweet, I can't say enough good things about her, unfortunately I'm not good with names so I can't remember. But her and the guy who brought our food to the table were fabulous 😍 thanks for a wonderful afternoon guys ! Keep up the great work and thank the kitchen for us ☺️
