Mashed potatoes topped with sour cream, bacon, green onions, Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese.
Cheese, bacon, chives, sour cream and butter I believe. I wasn't that impressed with them out Outback but usually love them. Found them just ok at Outback.
It is mashed potatoes with all the items you put on a baked potato , mixed in
