Paws takes adoption very seriously so it is a bit more of a process than that. You begin by taking a short survey and can look around the facilities, but there is a semi-formal interview and if you have another pet in the household, they are required to meet to make sure they get along. They really care that the animal is headed to a good home, so don't expect to go in, point one out and walk home with it in an hour.
Everyone in the household where the dog will live need to be present. Go to their website to review adoption requirements.
